WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

For customers, one of the biggest concerns when buying a product is the amount of time it will take to receive it. I strive to make the process as fast and efficient as possible for customers. I pride myself on offering an average 7 day turn around time on all products. I understand that customers want their purchases in a timely manner and making sure they are delivered quickly is a priority for me. Please bare in mind that some orders may take longer, for example if you have more people within the portrait, it will take longer.

WHAT PRINTING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER

I offer high quality poster printing and canvas options for my artwork so that you can have the best way to showcase your favorite pieces. Whether you're looking for a glossy finish for a poster or a soft matte finish for a canvas, I have a variety of options available to you. My poster printing is done on premium paper stock and is available in a range of sizes, from A4 to A2 and my canvases range from 12x12" to 40x40". For canvas printing, I use premium canvas material and sturdy wooden frames, which are designed to provide maximum support for your artwork.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS

The delivery options I offer are standard delivery (3-5 business days) and I offer an express delivery (1-2 business days).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

I am very confident on the services I provide and I strive to make sure every customer is satisfied. I do allow small amendments (see my store policies for more information). However, no refunds are given and all payments are final due to this being a solely run business. If you need to cancel please give me up to 72 hours notice so I can offer the booking slot to someone else.
