Things You Need to Know

BOOKING

When you’re ready to book, please make sure you have your images ready. Make sure you are happy with these images as these will be the images I use to refer to when drawing. All images must be of good quality to avoid any disappointment. Feel free to send over multiple images as usually this helps when putting a composition image together and I can let you know what will work best. All portraits are drawn waist upward, any full-length images are ok but the bottom half will not be included in the final drawing.

CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS

To avoid any changes and amendments please be thorough in your descriptions on how you’d like the piece to look (what order you’d like people placed etc). I am happy to make up to 5 small changes for free but anything bigger eg, a whole new image needed after I’ve already drawn one, will be discussed charges may apply. Please keep in mind that any changes I need to make may add on extra working days and you will be given and estimate time/date of the new completion and a new sample will be provided once completed.

REFUNDS

I am very confident on the services I provide and I strive to make sure every customer is satisfied. I do allow small amendments (see previous paragraph for more information). However, no refunds are given and all payments are final due to this being a solely run business. If you need to cancel please give me up to 72 hours notice so I can offer the booking slot to someone else.

PRINTING AND DELIVERY

All of my set prices (digital only) do not include any printing and please make sure you select any printing options you would like before checking out. All prints are sent out to the provided address as soon as you confirm you are happy with the final drawing. Delivery is a set price of £5 to UK customers. Delivery days do NOT include weekends so please keep this in mind if you are waiting on a print or planning to order for a specific date. If you decide to only go with a digital copy, all final drawings will be sent to you via email in a JPEG or PDF format.
